The purpose of this study was to examine attractiveness perception of visitors toward Maolin National Scenic Area. The subjects were those who visited Maolin National Scenic Area. The researcher collected totally 554 questionnaires. By conducting descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of the study showed: 1 Visitors' perception of attractiveness of Maolin National Scenic Area shows positive. In the items of the attractiveness scale, the average of "ecosystem" item is the highest; "historic spots" is the second highest and "unique geographic spots" is the third 2 In visitors' attractiveness, there are obvious significant differences in "company;" as for the rest 8 variables-gender, age education, marital state, average income, occupation, travel style, area of residence, there are no significant differences. The above results can be used as reference for Maolin National Scenic Area Administration and related academic institutions.
