本研究主旨在探討我國技專院校餐旅管理科系學生主觀知覺的人格特質及創業環境對創業態度之影響效果，以量化研究問卷調查爲主，以國內技專院校餐旅管理相關科系之學生爲研究樣本，共回收有效問卷483份。採用因素分析、ANOVA、及多元迴歸進行統計分析，研究結果發現我國餐旅學生人格特質與創業環境，對其創業態度有顯著性的正向影響，而五大人格特質中的經驗開放性、外向性、親和性、嚴謹自律性；及創業環境均可有效預測學生整體之創業態度，本研究結果適合提供餐旅學校進行規劃創業教育及課程之重要參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of Taiwanese technical institute hospitality management students' personality traits and entrepreneurial environment on their entrepreneurial attitude by subjective perception. The survey is primarily focused in quantitative research and samples are taken from Taiwanese technical institute hospitality management students. Factor analysis, ANOVA, and multi-regression analysis were conducted on 483 returned questionnaires. Empirical findings indicate that the personality traits and perceived entrepreneurial environment of Taiwanese hospitality management students significantly and positively correlate with students' entrepreneurial attitudes. Also, among the big 5 personality traits, openness, extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness, as well as entrepreneurial environment, can effectively predict positive overall entrepreneurial attitude. The results of this study are an important reference source for hospitality students planning on taking entrepreneurial education and curriculum.
