近年來由於學生戲水意外事件層出不窮，引起各界之關注及重視，教育主管單位因此積極推行在學學生的游泳技能教育。爲配合教育主管單位之政策，近年來許多大專院校皆在校內設置游泳池，以供學生學習游泳技能之學習環境，並提供教職員生正當的休閒設施。一般而言，大專院校所設置的游泳池並非以營利爲主要目的，但學校也不希望設置之游泳池造成學校財務的負担。因此，對於收入及支出進行預測，做爲調整價格依據，對於許多非營利爲目的之運動場館而言實爲重要之工作。本文將應用灰色預測理論於非營利運動場館收入及支出之預測，並以中國科技大學設置之游泳池爲例建立預測模型，研究結果發現應用灰預測模型在營運期間較少的非營利運動場館之收入及支出預測上具有相當高之預測精確度。
Because of the economic development the Taiwanese people's life expectancy has increased. With that comes the concern for good health. We can see various health clubs appear one by one everywhere in Taiwan. This investigation apply Grey prediction model to forecast the revenue and expenditure of China University's swimming pool. The empirical results of this study can provide useful suggestions to operators.
