教育部的教學卓越計畫帶動高等教育之教學品質的提升,各大學均致力於提供更完善與多元的措施,協助教師改進教學。教學諮詢做為一種形成性的評量,幫助教師蒐集教學的質性資料,使教師能更清楚自身教學的優缺點,俾改進教學品質。本文屬個案研究,分析一位教師的課堂觀察、教學錄影、以及小組回饋等三種教學諮詢模式,以提供未來相關研究及實務的參考。研究結果指出,課堂觀察可針對教學面向提出直接的診斷;教學錄影則能幫助教師瞭解自身的教學及講述方法;小組回饋則能從學生角度提供教師全面而具體的改善建議。另外,本文證明個案教師藉由教學諮詢改進其教學,也提升其教學品質。
