The purpose of the study was to understand attitude toward of Chinese Martional Arts curriculum at the university students in south area, to carry on questionnaire. The effective questionnaire was 487. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOV A. The results indicated that: 1.The total average to the attitude toward Chinese Martional Arts curriculum of students on the whole was 3.80, approach 4, and show that degree of agreeing 13 questions in the attitude toward. 2. The university students different background are participant in attitude toward of the Chinese Martional Arts curriculum and comparative analysis of whole attitude toward. The result show: significant different variables on gender, grade, educational system, participant in experience of Chinese Martional Arts curriculum, to consider the credit of Chinese Martional Arts curriculum and whole attitude toward. And there was significant different variable in the Part or whole attitude toward on teacher whether administrative, teacher gender, actual Chinese Martional Arts credit.
