本文採用經濟學中賽局理論模型分析跨國合資企業股東權益之間的關係。研究結果顯示，跨國合資企業子公司如一方股東控股，各方利益均衡的結果將造成比等股子公司總利潤減少，且控股數額越大，總利潤損失越大。同時，分析「控股權」不等於「控制權」，即使合資一方處於少數股權的地位，跨國企業仍可通過種種方式控制合資企業。

In the thesis, the game theory is used to analyze the relationship of shareholders in transnational joint ventures .The research finds that the total profits of TJVs' subsidiaries at the equilibrium will be less when one part has the share control than that when both party share the control, while the total loss in profits has positive correlation with the proportion of share.
