The purpose of this study was to investigate the customer satisfaction and participating motivation at health and fitness clubs in Chung Hua University. The method of survey on members was used the convenient sampling. 200 questionnaires were sent out, and 184 questionnaires were received. The percentage of valid survey was 92%. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. The results were as the following: 1. Most of the members' motivations were the requirement of health. Most of the members' satisfactions were serving attitudes. 2. It was get points of the participating motivation on the members' health, recreation, fitness, social and repurchase intention. 3. It was get points of members' satisfaction of the service attitude, convenient, image, software facilities and hardware facilities.
