本研究經由相關文獻回顧、深度訪談、問卷調查及統計分析來探討中小企業選擇 育成中心關鍵因素、目的以及未來推動策略，以提供作為育成中心未來經營運作參 考。經由研究結果獲致：中小企業選擇育成中心考量因素以「技術及人才支援」構面 最高，項目包括：協助取得政府資源的補助、提供專業技術人力及技術移轉服務等； 而在選擇育成中心目的之考量因素則以「提昇競爭力」構面最高，項目包括：提昇競 爭力優勢、節省時間，加速公司整體事業的發展、提昇公司的管理，營運與生產力及 提昇商業信用等內涵。另外育成中心要吸引中小企業進駐，其未來的主要推動策略包 括：提供產業資訊、爭取獎勵補貼措施、設施外租及資源共享、協助尋求策略合作夥 伴及建立育成網絡及互動等作法。

Through literature review, in-depth interview, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the research provides the incubator with development strategies in the future and the key factors for small and medium business to select the incubator. The research results indicating show that “Technology and Human Resource Support” is the first priority when small and medium businesses take into account of choosing an incubator. Dimension of “Technology and Human Resource Support” includes assists to obtain the government resources, providing specialized technical manpower, and technology transfer. Besides, “Promotion of Competitiveness” is the major purpose when small business look for the resources of an incubator. The key factors include promotion of competitiveness, time saving and acceleration of overall enterprise development, management enhancement, operation and productivity, and upgrading of commercial credit. And about the future strategies of incubators there are attracting small medium entering the incubator. Providing industrial information, fighting for subsidy measures, rent discount of facility and resources sharing, assistance offered to seek for the strategic partner and establishment of incubator network.
