隨著網路與資訊科技的蓬勃發展，圖書館的服務已由一視同仁的服務演變成重視個體不同需求的服務，不再是齊頭式平等，也就是必須因人而異，以滿足使用者的資訊需求，個人化為導向的資訊服務，正逐漸被人們所重視。本研究以「臺北市立圖書館My Librarian個人化資訊服務」為個案，利用問卷調查使用者對服務利用之意見及滿意度，以提出改進之建議，並作為國內其他公共圖書館規劃個人化資訊服務之參考。

With the rapid development of internet and information technology, the library has transformed its service mode from satisfying general needs into catering for different individuals.The service differs from person to person so as to meet the users’ needs for information. This study is carried out to understand opinions and satisfaction of the member of “My Librarian Personalized Information Service”. The conclusion proposes some suggestions to improve personalized information service, while providing a referential example to other public libraries in Taiwan.
