隨著網際網路的進步與生活上便利性的需求,中華電信乃推出多媒體隨選服務--MOD。中華電信擁有龐大的非對稱數位用戶迴路(ADSL)用戶數,皆為MOD的潛在客戶群,但MOD用戶數的發展卻與預期中有所落差,故本研究提出延伸性科技接受模型(e-TAM),結合服務品質、認知娛樂性與定價策略,探討MOD用戶的使用行為。本研究以中華電信MOD用戶為研究對象,利用問卷調查法來蒐集資料。採用SPSS12.0統計軟體進行資料分析,使用方法包括:信度分析、效度分析、敘述統計與路徑分析等。研究結果發現,認知有用性、認知易用性、認知娛樂性、服務品質與定價策略皆對使用行為有顯著正向影響。本研究所提出之延伸性科技接受模型解釋力達61.5%。研究結果顯示,加入服務品質、認知娛樂性與定價策略等因素,可提高消費者對MOD接受度的解釋能力。
