摘要 現今對於相關社會企業的背景論述多引用非營利組織與商業機構為光譜兩端的 概念,本研究以「社會企業創業者」為研究核心,認為社會企業更需要創業家的精神, 因此,本研究將對社會企業創業者的「人格特質」、「創業動機」及「個人能力」與 「關係網路」做一分析;結果發現社會企業創業者的動機,比一般企業創業者更具多 樣性及非利潤導向,而關係網路的經營也較具多元性。
Abstract Social enterprises exist between general and non-profit organizations. This study is based on social entrepreneurs and analyzes their personalities, the motivation of starting an enterprise, personal abilities and relationship network. The social entrepreneurs, motivations should be more diversified and non-profit oriented than business entrepreneurs, and the social entrepreneurs, resource networks are supposed to be more various as well.
