Adapted physical education with modifying the teaching techniques and materials could provide a safety and joyful physical activities to students with rare disease. However, most of teachers were hard to offer this service to the rare-disease students due to the limit information or misunderstanding of rare disease and adapted physical education. This paper was trying to introduce the information of rare diseases and adapted physical models for these children to the teachers who concern the issues. I hope this article can provide a concept and guideline for teachers in constructing suitable activities to the students and help them to receive the benefits of physical activities.
