本研究以老人安養中心之整體護理人員總滿意度極大化為目標,在滿足各班別所需人力與符合醫療規定等限制條件下,建構護理班表之數學規劃模型。本模式將分成三個階段依序規劃:第一階段,合理計算出該醫療單位所需之總僱用人力;第二階段,依個人對各班次之偏好與前兩期上班之情形進行班別規劃;第三階段,將已知班別之護理人員,在考慮個人對一般休假及特別休假之偏好下,做休假日之最適安排。最後利用OLE(Object Linking and Embeding)技術把Excel 2003結合Lingo 11.0套裝軟體,將模式開發成自動排班與排休系統並進行驗證,結果發現本研究所提之模型,符合各班次人力需求與排班限制,且排班速度較傳統人工方式佳。
This study constructed mathematical model which focus on maximizing the satisfaction of nurses in the long-term care center and satisfy hospital rules. The paper consisted of three sections. First, we analysis manpower requirement reasonably for the nursing department. Second, nurses shift scheduling is built in accordance with nurse shift preference and priority in past center two periods. Third, we plane nurses days-off scheduling that is based on nurse satisfaction of normal leave and special leave. Finally, using OLE technology to combine Excel 2003 with Lingo11.0 software and to develop nurse rostering schedule system. The result shows that the model is better than traditional shift scheduling method.
