Aging in place offer supports to care-giver, client, and family in community. Base on experience of management, hospital and nursing could serve comprehensively in the services coverage and quality, special on subsidiary day care service. They still reach an accord on limitation or obstacle on the untilization, marketing, service information, charge etc. This paper through quantitative analysis, had been designed to conduct through, outpatient client, family, and plan to discharge patient. The results of the survey held 300 cases and had 100% response rate. Reasonable payment standard is the most important to community client and family. More service informations are necessary to family, special for care givers. We suggest: (1)Web market still not suit to day care service, but can improve message content in the community services. (2)According different population (client, elderly, care giver), offer kinds of information what they want. (3)Intensive training to member for professional knowledge.
