本研究主要探討智慧資本管理與組織績效的關連性,並以智慧資本爲中介變數,探討智慧資本在智慧資本管理策略與組織績效之間的中介效果。由於本研究屬於探索性研究,因此採用的是探索性研究中常用的判斷抽樣法,母體經過篩選後爲950家企業,採用郵寄問卷的方式來蒐集實證資料,問卷填答對象爲企業之總經理或人資部門主管,總共回收了121個有效樣本。本研究採用迴歸分析,其結果發現智慧資本對增進組織績效有正向影響,並且智慧資本管理策略確實會增進智慧資本的形成。此外,智慧資本在智慧資本管理策略與組織績效之間,扮演了部分中介的效果。
The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital management and firm performance. The mediating effect of intellectual capital (human capital, organizational capital, and social capital) on the relationship between intellectual capital management strategy (human resource management investment, information technology investment, and research and development investment) and firm performance (management innovation, product innovation, and financial performance) is investigated. The results confirm that intellectual capital (human capital, organizational capital, and social capital) does have a positive influence on organizational performance (financial performance, product innovation, and management innovation), and that intellectual capital management strategy (human resource management investment, information technology investment, and R&D investment) has a positive influence on the development of intellectual capital. Moreover, intellectual capital has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between intellectual capital management strategy and organizational performance. That is, intellectual capital management strategy facilitates the development of intellectual capital, and intellectual capital in turn enhances a firm's organizational performance.
