環狀運動是藉由油壓式阻力器材進行循環訓練的健身運動,是一種健康體適能訓練全面性、安全性、趣味性、簡易性與群體性、又適合各種體能素質民眾從事的運動項目。本文在於藉由身體健康體適能的肌力、肌耐力、心肺耐力、柔軟度以及身體組成等五大構面來探討環狀運動的運動特點,以瞭解環狀運動訓練對身體健康體適能的影響。並透過文獻分析、實地訪察與專家訪談等方法蒐集資料,針對環狀運動提出實務性的課程設計範例,以提供從事體適能教學的教師或運動指導員之參考。期望以循環訓練為基礎的環狀運動,能做為有意參與運動之民眾的選擇項目之一,以期提升國人健康體適能,建立規律運動的健康生活型態。
Circuit exercise is an exercise of circuit training carried out by hydraulic resistance equipments, which is characterized by holistic, safe, fun, easy, and good for group exercise. Circuit exercise is also suitable for the persons with different levels of physical fitness. This paper explores the movement characteristics of circuit exercise on health-related physical fitness, including muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and body composition, in order to identify effects of circuit exercise on health-related physical fitness. Secondly, this paper proposes practical curriculum design of circuit exercise for physical education teachers and exercise leaders by analyzing documents, field visiting, and interviews. It is expected that the circuit exercise based on circuit training becomes exercisers' choice for improving their health-related physical fitness, and to make them to establish a healthy lifestyle by regular exercise.
