題名:龍舟競賽遊客行為模式之研究--以高雄市為例

「龍舟競渡」是華人民俗節慶活動中最具全民性和團體性的體育競技。本研究透過遊客基本資料、旅遊特性並建構及驗證97年高雄市龍舟競賽遊客行爲模式,採自編問卷進行研究,內容包括休閒涉入、參與動機、參與滿意度與遊後行爲等,探討各構面變項間差異與分布情形。從2008年6月2日至8日,計7個調查日,針對參與97年高雄市龍舟競賽活動遊客爲對象,進行問卷調查。計發放2,136份問卷,收回1,500份,其中廢卷280份,實得有效問卷1,220份。將所收集的資料以SPSS14.0進行統計分析與檢定,探討97年高雄市龍舟競賽遊客之人口統計變數與旅遊特性等的分布情形,利用LISREL8.52進行結構方程模式的實證研究,以最大概似估計法(Maximum Likelihood Estimation)對本研究模式中各組變項間之因果關係進行估計。實證研究結果顯示,遊客的休閒涉入顯著的直接影響參與滿意度,顯著的間接影響遊客的遊後行爲;遊客的參與動機顯著的直接影響參與滿意度,顯著的間接影響遊客的遊後行爲;遊客的參與滿意度顯著的直接影響遊客的遊後行爲。根據分析結果,本研究不僅對政府機關與大型活動經營者提出建議,亦對此議題提出後續研究建議。
The purpose of this study was to construct and test a model to explain leisure motivation, leisure satisfaction, and after-travel behavior. Using structural equation modeling, the variables in this model were tested with data obtained from participants in Kaohsiung Dragon Boat festival from June 2 to June 8, 2006. Of the 1,500 respondents who participated in the survey, a total of 1,220 usable surveys were received. A statistical program of LISREL 8.52 with maximum Likelihood Estimation was used to estimate the model fit. Results showed that the hypothesized model fit the data well. In particular, leisure involvement significantly and directly affected the leisure satisfaction and significantly and indirectly affected the participants' after-travel behavior. Leisure motivation significantly and directly affected the leisure satisfaction and significantly and indirectly affected the participants' after-travel behavior. Leisure satisfaction significantly and directly affected the after-travel behavior. the study not only gives some suggestions for Government or program managers, but also supports research orientation for future researchers.
