肌肉伸展是準備活動的常見內容。在爆發力運動項目中,正式運動前進行的伸展活動對實際運動能力所產生的作用,因可能影響競賽成績而受到關注。有關的研究多採用垂直跳和短距離衝刺跑等運動形式,比較其在伸展活動前後的差異。研究結果總體上反映出,運動前的靜態肌肉伸展活動可能對爆發力的發揮產生負面影響,該問題值得在運動實踐中加以重視。
Stretching is an essential contain for warming-up exercise. It is well documented that stretching exercise may affect performance especially to the explosive sports. This paper reviewed the studies focused on the effect of stretching and summarized the protocol of muscle stretching before and after training. It is suggested that muscle stretching before exercise has positive effect on injury prevention; however, static stretching prior to strength and power activities may inhibit explosive strength and power output.
