題名:我國作業環境測定數據資料庫之建置與應用

本研究探討全國作業環境測定數據之內容,瞭解作業環境中各類化學物質之暴露量測結果。研究結果為國內第一篇完整揭露全國年度環測數據資料之分析報告。環測數據蒐集過程與步驟包括:(1)環測數據資料庫之建置、(2)資料欄位格式設計與查驗、(3)環測數據資料取得及規範、以及(4)數據管理與統計分析。本研究匯整2005~2008 年間,由認可實驗室主動申報之環測數據,共收集20,794 份電子報告,其中包含212,644 筆數據 (2005.01 ~ 2008.01)共655 種化學物質。進一步與歷年 “勞工作業環境空氣中有害物容許濃度標準” 進行比較,發現有2,477 筆環測數據超過法令標準,約為可比對總資料量(n=191,734)之 1.29%,54.59%為低於檢量下限的ND 資料。超過容許濃度標準之前十項化學物質(數量) 分別為:第四種粉塵_總粉塵(344)、第一種粉塵_呼吸性粉塵(283)、甲苯(247)、第一種粉塵_總粉塵(230)、鉛及其無機化合物(194)、環氧乙烷(170)、N,N-二甲基甲醯胺(139)、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯(87)、第四種粉塵_呼吸性粉塵(78)、甲醛(66)。本研究成果可協助職業衛生師、學術單位研究學者與政府相關部門,搜尋更多有價值的資訊,以及暴露實態之掌握,以利未來建立更完整的職業暴露資料庫。
