面對今日劇烈變化的環境,知識提供了組織重要的競爭優勢。知識管理系統儼然成為許 多企業所採用於促進員工之間知識分享的新工具。然而,員工對於知識管理系統之行為意願 反應其接受程度。本文著眼於影響行為意願之認知資訊品質、認知有用、認知易用等資訊系 統的基本要素,提出了整合性關係模型。除了探討各要素對於行為意願之個別效應之外,更 進一步地分析認知資訊品質影響行為意願之關係途徑。本研究透過問卷調查與結構方程模式 分析以印證上述關係模型。研究結果除顯示了本文關係模型之有效性,亦發現認知有用、認 知易用對於認知資訊品質與行為意願之影響關係具有部份中介之效果;而且認知有用對於認 知易用與行為意願之影響關係也呈現部份中介效果。基於研究結果,本研究提出以下結論: 知識管理系統之認知資訊品質為重要驅動力,透過直接途徑與認知有用、認知易用之間接中 介,可促進員工使用知識管理系統之行為意願。本文之關係模型或可作為進一步學術性研 究,與實務上知識管理系統應用之參考。
In front of today’s dramatically environment changes, knowledge has provided a vital competitive edge to all of the organizations. Knowledge Management System (KMS), based on sophisticated information and web technology, had been taken as a new tool of companies to improve knowledge sharing among employees. Employees’ intentions toward the adoption of KMS approximate their acceptance of the system. This study focused on some constructs, including perceived information quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use, to check their affections on employees’ intention. An integrated model was formed not only to test every single effect of the perceived elements on behavioral intention, but also to investigate the relations on different paths between the perceived information quality and behavioral intention. A survey study was conducted in a famous company of Taiwan. To verify the model, the data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that proposed model was validated. Both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use partially mediate the relations between the perceived information quality and users’ behavioral intention toward KMS. The partial mediation effect of perceived usefulness on the relation between the perceived ease of use and behavioral intention was also confirmed. This study concludes that to improve the acceptance of employees, the information quality provides as a driving force to a direct and indirect paths on the partial mediation of perceived usefulness and ease of use. The proposed model will be useful to further academic researches, as well as to practitioners in implementing successful KMS.
