競技自行車是屬於瞬發力和耐力結合的運動種類,激烈騎乘後所造成的肌肉肝醣耗損和肌肉損傷,對隔天賽事表現或密集訓練的成果會造成不良的影響,因此,營養增補原料的選擇與增補方式對運動後恢復期的肌肉適應至爲重要。碳水化合物(CHO)與蛋白質(P)共同增補已被證實可降低或抑制自行車運動恢復期的肌肉損傷,CHO:P調配比例約爲4:1,對不同性別降低肌肉損傷程度並無顯著差異;此外,運動後立即,每間隔30分鐘內,共同增補CHO與P,且CHO:P調配比例最低2倍、最高4倍,即能有效提升肌肉肝醣儲存量,然CHO含量若超過1.2g•h^-1-1.4g•h^-1時,對肌肉肝醣合成並無更顯著效果。本文歸納整理碳水化合物中添入蛋白質共同增補對自行車運動恢復期的肌肉損傷與肌肉肝醣合成影響的相關研究,並說明其機制作用,希望能提供廣泛自行車愛好者參考。
