There were many studies related to the usage of web teaching portfolios, most of them still focused on exploring the relationship between general function and theory of website. Few of them were aimed on the Knowledge-based Management, KM, professional platform to combine the theory and practice for teaching portfolios. The main purpose of study is to develop a set of web teaching portfolio modules based on knowledge management theory and practice. The teacher’s web teaching portfolio does not only provide teachers with an independent, user-friendly and opening access platform but also secure their personal data and form an interactive professional knowledge network. This study expects that teachers would take advantage from the teaching portfolio to cultivate their knowledge management ability and their professional improvement. In addition, it can also help the learner to increase the efficiency of learning and schools’ competition. Based on the previous study of teaching portfolio module, knowledge management theory and knowledge management teaching module were further analyzed and developed on using Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007.
