This study aimed to explore Chien-Ming Wang’s impact on Taiwan baseball sporting tourism. I. Based on the literature related, the interview outline and questionnaire, whose validity was nspected by experts, were drifted. II. The researcher personally left for the Yankees stadium in New York, gathering information needed by means of interview and questionnaire survey. I. Sport fans from Taiwan are mostly males, aged between 20 and 40, with better English proficiency and higher status socially as well as financially. II. Taiwan sport fans have been worried about Wang’s injury, feeling much regret not being able to witness Wang in play. But, they were satisfied with the stadium environment and the field atmosphere of the Yankees. III. The obstacles for tourist agents to organize Wang’s cheering teams include difficulty getting game schedules about Wang, difficulty getting tickets, limited time for publicity, and difficulty for itinerary arranging. For tourist agents, Wang has opened up the business of fans going to the America, watching MLB, which expands their sources of customers and adds diversity to the itinerary.
