臺北都會區大眾捷運系統為國內新軌道系統之先驅，自民國73年初步規劃至今已有 25年，其部份技術多有創世界或國內新技術之成功紀錄，回顧過去臺北捷運軌道工程引 進之軌道新技術之初，因早期臺灣軌道界工程技術較少接觸相關國際軌道技術，故在執 行軌道各項作業皆無可供參考諮詢來源，歷經25年的研究發展與實作經驗，已然發展出 其獨特的本土化技術，各線得標軌道施工廠商初期，均就其以往施作經驗研擬軌道施 工，多依其國外施作經驗，並未考量本土因子，但經納入業主與顧問之意見後，設計及 施工方得以更加周延完備可行且具本土特色，本文將就新莊蘆洲線軌道工程執行歷程作 一探討，並由早期軌道顧問扮演角色至新蘆線軌道施工案監造簽證顧問執行演進歷程作 一說明，以窺捷運軌道工程技術在國內深化技術之梗概，做為爾後國內捷運軌道執行案之參考。

Taipei MRT is the forerunner of track technology in domestic track engineering. Since 1984, it has created many new technologies and successful records in the world for over 25 years. Early in the planning stage, due to restricted international contact, few reference sources were available, leading to the trackwork contractors being unable to follow the technology applied in the other countries. Nevertheless, with a 25-year accumulation of study and experience, Taipei MRT, by incorporating the suggestions of industry and consultants, has designed, implemented, and developed its own unique trackwork technology. This paper aims to discuss the trackwork carried out on the Xinzhuang & Luzhou lines, and the core technology of the Certification Consultant. Meanwhile, it also deals with the role of trackwork consultant in the early stage and the evolution of supervisor consultant on the implementation of the Xinzhuang & Luzhou lines, providing an explanation of advanced trackwork technology to serve for reference in future local trackwork.
