學生社團活動的參與經驗,對於培養大學院校學生多元化能力的工作,有其深遠的教育意義。 然而整體性的社團發展問題,仍受限於政令傳達與其他執行層面的問題亟待克服,例如教育單位的 政策宣導、學校行政單位的鼓勵支持與學生幹部間的互動,仍然存在難以解決的因素。本研究彙整 影響學生參與校園社團活動的十五個因素,透過模糊語意解決問卷調查題項語意不清之問題,利用 重要度-滿意度分析,探討影響大專校院社團發展之因素,並對各影響因素之重要性與滿意程 ,找 出亟需改進的影響因素。研究發現推動社團活動之優勢基礎分別架構在「學校軟硬體」、「社團老 師」、「業務人員」與「學生能力提升」四大層面。「建立具體的鼓勵辦法」、「提供完善的活動 空間規劃」、「提供充裕的活動經費」與「學生參與社團活動動機」等四項至關重要卻未達理想, 故需積極思考改善作法。本研究同時發現學生在參與社團活動過程,任課師長之態度與其是否兼有 校外工讀,並不會直接影響其參與社團活動,相關研究結論可以提供各大專校院做為改進參考。
The study collects affect students involved in campus extracurricular activities of the fifteen factors, and the fuzzy linguistic solution questionnaire items ambiguous the problem, and thus use of importanceperformance analysis (IPA) to explore the impact of college community development factors and the importance of each factor and satisfaction, to identify the impact of factors needs to be improved in order to provide improved reference for each college. Based on the findings, the managerial implications were discussed.
