題名:組織承諾、知識分享與組織公民行為關聯性之研究:臺灣半導體產業為例

本研究以半導體相關產業員工的角度探討組織承諾(價值承諾、努力承諾、留職承諾)、知識分享(分享個人內在知識、分享學習機會、鼓勵他人學習)與組織公民行爲(認同組織、利他行爲、盡職行爲、人際和諧、保護組織資源)的關係。經由研究假設的推論,建立研究架構,透過實際調查國內半導體上游、中游與下游樣本,共取得428份有效問卷。經過結構化方程式模型驗證後結果顯示,組織承諾透過知識分享之中介對組織公民行爲產生影響。本研究並發現半導體產業上游、中游及下游對知識分享的態度也有顯著差異。
This study tries to explore organizational commitment, knowledge sharing, and organizational citizenship behavior among employees in the Taiwan semiconductor industry. By literature review, this study proposes the research framework and some hypothesis. Empirically we collect the 428 effective subjects from upper, middle, lower teirs in Taiwan semiconductor industry. By structural equation modeling (SEM), this study finds that the knowledge sharing has a full mediation effect on relationship of employee's trust and organizational citizenship behavior. However, knowledge sharing is notable difference on Taiwan semiconductor industry.
