過去研究證明在著地過程中,直立的姿勢、較大的膝關節外翻和大規模的著地力量以及過多的股四頭肌肌電活化,被認為與前十字韌帶受傷的危險因素有關,而更大的髖關節和膝關節屈曲角度都與較小的地面反作用力和股四頭肌力量的需求有關,並能潛在的保護前十字韌帶的過度負荷。許多風險因素對影響膝關節運動已被廣泛的研究,但軀幹姿勢對著地時膝關節前十字韌帶傷害的影響卻很少引起注意。目的:以文獻探討的方式,歸納分析著地時軀幹屈曲度對髖關節彎曲角度和膝關節前十字韌帶傷害的影響,期能提供教練與運動員更明確的運動處方和防護方向。結語:在著地過程中,積極主動的彎曲軀幹會伴隨膝關節和髖關節屈曲度增加的發生,而使下肢置於一個更加屈曲的位置,因而減少膝關節外翻、地面反作用力和股四頭肌力量的需求,而減少前十字韌帶受傷的風險。運動員在進行一項運動的比賽或訓練時,在著地動作方面應儘量主動彎曲軀幹以增加下肢各關節的彎曲程度,較能有效地減緩衝擊並降低運動傷害的發生。
