蜜餞產業的供應鏈及生產過程中,與台灣的農村產業牽連性甚深,對台灣農產品與農產加工品之間的互動關係,影響深遠。因此本研究針對台灣中部A 蜜餞工廠進行分析研究。由於位處中部地區,受到區位優勢的好處,不僅為中部農產品重要集散地,其發達的蜜餞產業更讓附近的農民生產業者得到相當大的利益。在實務上供應商和買方整合是企業成功的重要因素之一。而資訊分享更是達成整合的重要策略。資訊分享往往和供應商定價與買方訂貨量彼此息息相關。因此,本研究針對一個單供應商與單一買方的供應鏈協同模式,在考慮訂價以及資訊分享投資的情況下,尋求最佳的補貨策略。本研究應用此供應鏈協同模式於蜜餞產業分析。並採用遺傳演算法 (Genetic Algorithm, GA) 為求解工具。發現對於蜜餞產業供應鏈資訊分享模式的運作下,應下修需求量預估,如此可得到較低總成本。

In practice, the supplier-buyer integration is one key principle to business success. Moreover, information sharing is one foundation to achieve integration. The information sharing interacts with the supplier’s selling price decision and the buyer’s ordering quantities. This study focuses on a single-buyer-single-supplier production inventory model or named a supply chain collaboration model to search for the optimal delivery strategy with the considerations of pricing and the information sharing investment. Concerning decision variables include lead time, delivery frequency, and delivery quantity per time. Genetic Algorithm (GA) is the selected tool for problem solving. Therefore, proper parameters’ values of the population size, crossover rate, and mutation rate are firstly identified. Based on obtained parameters’ values the problem solving process is then performed. Sensitivity analyses to view the impact of each cost factor to the total cost are also provided. Finally, a conclusion is made at the end to argue the significance of GA.
