電子商務經營在不同經營類型下,對台灣地區旅舘業的經營造成不同程度的衝擊,本研究以 Mahadevan於 2000年所提出的網路收益來源為基礎,結合 Afuah and Tucci於 2001年所提出企業商業模式衡量要素來分析與建構旅舘業經營類型之商業模式。結果顯示不同經營類型之旅館業具有不同的重要收益來源,因此再根據個別之經營類型提出商業模式與經營建議。
Through making use of revenues from Internet proposed by Mahadevan(2000) and measured factors for business models suggested by Afuah and Tucci(2001), this paper analyzed and constructed business models for hotel industry on the Internet under different operating categories. The results showed that the different operating categories have the different important revenues on the Internet. Consequently, the business model and suggestions were proposed to individual operating categories.
