本研究藉由休閒阻礙之觀點，探討銀髮族參與團體國外旅遊休閒活動之阻礙因素。研究目的包括：一、探討銀髮族參加團體國外旅遊阻礙因素為何；二、探討不同人口統計變項在銀髮族團體國外旅遊阻礙上的影響關係；三、探討不同人口統計變項對銀髮族參加團體國外旅遊阻礙的聯合預測力。本研究採用問卷調查方式進行資料蒐集，研究的對象為居住在台北市55歲以上的民眾，統計分析方法為描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、因素分析、逐步多元迴歸分析。研究結果發現：1. 台北市銀髮族參與團體國外旅遊阻礙層面可分為：(1) 同伴及資訊阻礙層面，(2) 他人阻礙層面，(3) 經濟阻礙層面，(4) 健康責任阻礙層面，(5) 旅遊認知阻礙層面。阻礙項目依序為：(1) 認識的人沒有時問和我一同參與，(2) 認識的人有太多家庭責任，無法和我一同參與，(3) 有其他更想要參與的休閒活動，(4) 找不到適合的人和我一同參與，(5) 我因為沒人邀約，所以不想參與。2．教育程度、目前經濟狀況、退休已否、目前慢性病數目、目前子女狀況、每月可支配金額、出國次數在整體休閒阻礙上則有顯著差異。3. 銀髮族的社會人口變項中，影響銀髮族團體國外旅遊休閒阻礙最主要的預測變項為經濟狀況與自覺健康狀況，此一迴歸模式可以解釋生活滿意度13.50%的變異量。
The purpose of this study is to understand the constraints of senior citizens in participating the overseas group travel, and explore the relationship between demographic factors and leisure constraints. The analysis are based on descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, and stepwise multiple regression. The results of this survey are: (1) Five leisure constraint dimensions were found in this study. (2) Retirement, and the numbers of chronic illness showed statistically significant differences in perceived health status. (3) Stepwise regressions showed that self perceived health status and economic status were the significant predictors of the total leisure constraint, which accounted for 13.50% of the variance.
