Abstract Notwithstanding Archives Act has been activated for 8 years, however, there are many occurred problems regarding the procedures of records inspection and legitimate review that need to be improved. This article is organized as follows: the first part is to address the problems of government records management. And then the methods of disposition employed in foreign countries will be introduced. Finally, this article proposes an improvement strategy for integrating various legitimate audit operations, so that the important public policies archives could be acquired successfully. In addition, the efficiency of government agency records disposition will be enhanced as expectation.
