本文的目的是以文獻彙整及個人累積多年的網球教學經驗，探討截擊球的基本技術並了解雙打「搶打戰術」，實際運用在比賽上。結果顯示：截擊球是球員來到網前的基本條件，而了解截擊的反應時間和動作時間是學習的基礎。比賽中要掌握網前的優勢，必須具備良好的截擊技術，而「搶打截擊」，更是雙打比賽勝負的關鍵。

The purpose of article was to share and explore personal experience in teaching and training of volley skill in tennis. The basic skill of volley was discussed, demonstrated to implement the skill to maximize the performance in double match. The result showed that the perfection of volley skill was vital for players to approach to the net and the acquisition of timing and action of a volley-approach is essential. A perfect combination of a volley-approach skill can take advantage of the net play in a double match.
