在博物館的運作上，藏品取得、登錄、編目、維護、盤點，以及展覽、教育、利用等作業，是基礎與重要的一環，這些作業程序的標準與規範即是程序標準。在數位典藏風潮下，雖然博物館程序標準被歸屬於資訊標準的一類，但博物館程序標準與其他資訊標準仍有極大的差異應予闡明，已發展的博物館程序標準也欠缺整合性的探討與系統性的整理。本文乃以博物館程序標準為主題，闡述博物館程序標準與其他資訊標準的關係，並就國際博物館社群開發的重要程序標準作分類與比較其異同，最後則對博物館社群採行之程序標準作業提出若干建議。

Collection activities, including acquisition, registration, cataloguing, conservation, inventory, and use of collections for exhibition and education, are fundamental and critical functions of a museum. Procedural standards are used to describe the definitions and processes of these activities. With the development of digital archives/collections, procedural standards are considered a type of information standard. However, there is a significant difference between procedural and information standards among museums. There is also a lack of systematic exploration of existing procedural standards among museum communities. The aims of this article are to explore museum procedural standards and to discuss what makes them differ from information standards. In addition, existing procedural standards in international museum communities are classified and compared. Finally, suggestions for procedural standards in museum communities are offered.
