本文探討 2009年教師領導的研究結果與啟示,採文獻分析的研究方法,研究者從 ProQuest資料庫鍵入 Teacher Leadership並篩選到 24篇博士論文,針對這 24篇博士論文分成五類予以探討研究結果,包含:1.以分散領導為主的研究成果;2.以教師領導者為主的研究成果;3.以教師領導為主的研究成果;4.以教師專業發展為主的研究成果;5.以教學專家為主的研究成果,並針對這五類研究結果分別加以評析。接著,研究者敘述當前我國教師領導的研究現況,並以美國 2009年教師領導的研究成果為借鏡,提出對我國教師領導研究的啟示。
