Softball is considered a highly technical sport, it includes movement of pitching, defending, hitting and running, and the result of the game relied on offensive approach to gain scores. While it was ineffective to gain score by aggressive approaches, player's ability to execute strategy during the game could determine the success of the team. No systematic observation to evaluate the player's ability of strategy-executing, this article aimed to use the systematic observation method to record and observe the player implementation capacity of offensive tactics. Data collected from offensive tactical execution may help both players and coaches to improve the performance during the games.
