題名:組織學習對價值創新之影響--以A銀行為例

組織學習與價值創新皆為管理領域中的重要議題,本研究以A銀行在高雄縣市及屏東縣營業單位的行員為母體,採用學者所發展的組織學習與價值創新量表,實證探討組織學習與價值創新之影響差異,因此具有價值性。本研究結果發現:(1)A銀行之組織學習的「分享願景」構面能影響價值創新。(2)A銀行之組織學習的「開放心智」構面能影響價值創新。(3)放款業務人員對組織學習之認知高於存匯業務人員。(4)放款業務人員對價值創新之認知高於存匯業務人員。(5)就企業變項而論,組織學習在「職位」、「服務年資」上有顯著差異,價值創新亦同。(6)就人口統計變項而論,組織學習在「婚姻狀況」、「年齡」上有顯著差異,價值創新亦同。
