2009年末H1N1正值流行之際，各國無不加緊腳步採取相關預防措施以避免爆發大流行。針對此類流行病之預防，疫苗乃屬較為有效且經濟之作法，惟如同許多高傳染性之流行病，其爆發與擴散之時間極短，致使研發相關疫苗之時間亦相對壓縮，為確保民眾接種疫苗之安全性，政府制訂疫苗之相關標準作為把關。 然而，縱然通過相關標準而上市之疫苗仍有可能造成副作用，基此，仍存在部分接種疫苗後死亡之案例。但其致死原因為何，莫衷一是，或許透過病理解剖更能夠得到進一步之資訊，進而用以確保或改善該疫苗之安全性。本文亟欲透過分析接種疫苗之利弊得失，並藉由現行之解剖規範分析是否得適用強制解剖，進而呈現強制解剖修法之利弊得失，並給予相關之建議。

During the H1N1 epidemic in the end of 2009, most countries around the world take measures to avoid the epidemic outbreak. Vaccination is the efficient and economic way to avoid this epidemic, but consideration of time efficiency, vaccine have to be market as soon as possible. Therefore, government set standard of vaccine to make sure of safety. However, vaccines may still cause side effect even pass the standard. Some people die after vaccination, but the cause of death is still unknown. In order to get more information about the cause of death, government want to pass the laws and regulations of compulsory anatomy of suspicious death by vaccine. In this article, I'll analyze the advents and disadvantages of vaccination and compulsory anatomy of suspicions death by vaccine, and give some suggestions.
