The purpose of this study was to explore the possible relationship leadership and organizational commitments in roller hockey. Used the convenient sample method and 218 effective questionnaires were called back (men 193, female 25). The study applies Cheng, Xiao and Mou (1997) leadership scale for sport (training and instruction, democratic behavior, positive, autocratic behavior, feedback support) and Cheng (2007) organizational commitment (team recognition, willingness to take efforts, decision to stay in the team). Through the analysis of description statistics, pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise regression, the conclusion is as follows: First: significantly of the decision to stay in the team of organizational commitment correlation leadership behavior. Second: significantly of leadership behavior in the training and instruction for decision to stay in the team of organizational commitment has the best predicting.
