The main purpose of this research was to investigate about the management of Shin-Chwan Kids'Dance Company. This study also offered the suggestions to the company by using SWOT analysis. The research used a case study and completed the interview to get the outcomes. The results of this study are as following: 1. Management is a living tool for a dance company; however the club is the way how the ideal comes true. Children-oriented Dance Company uses the original spirit to manage its image and brand. 2. An operator holds the internal consensus (loyalty and trust) to manage a high-efficiency work team. The satisfaction of teachers and members is the key to create good teaching and performances for external customers (viewers and Dance Academy students).
