題名:三種撐馬位置之跳馬前手翻第二飛程表現的比較

本研究目的在比較選手以三種撐馬位置完成跳馬前手翻第二飛程(離馬及騰空階段)表現的差異,作為選手選擇撐馬位置的依據。實驗運用一部高速攝影機(JVC-9800, 60 Hz)記錄10位男子競技體操選手的動作表現,以APAS運動影像系統進行分析,實驗所得資料以相依樣本單因子變異數分析及LSD 事後比較進行檢驗,本研究顯著水準定為α=.05。由研究結果中顯示,選手以支撐前、中撐馬位置所完成的前手翻動作,在離馬垂直速度、第二飛程時間、最高垂直重心高度、離馬至最高垂直位移等變項的表現,皆優於後撐馬位置的前手翻動作。根據本研究內容提出結論:以支撐前、中撐馬位置完成的跳馬前手翻動作,有較佳的離馬垂直速度、第二飛程時間、最高垂直重心高度、離馬至最高垂直位移。上述結果建議選手在從事跳馬前手翻動作訓練時,雙手應支撐跳馬器械前、中位置,有助於選手在後續前手翻高難度動作技術的發展。本研究有助於選手選擇在跳馬練習的撐馬位置。
The main purpose of this study was to compare the impact of three different touchdown locations on takeoff and post flight performance in front handspring vaults. Kinematic data were collected by using a JVC-9800 digital video camera (at 60 Hz) in tandem with an Ariel Performance Analysis System. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and LSD post-hoc tests were applied to evaluate the significant differences. The significance level was set at α = .05. The obtained results from this study showed that handspring performance with front and middle touchdown locations were significantly better than that achieved with rear touchdown location, in light of superior vertical velocity of vault takeoff, post-flight time, maximum vertical height reached by the center of mass postflight, and maximum vertical displacement of the center of mass subsequent to takeoff. These results suggest that artistic gymnasts should select the front and middle touchdown locations for training in order to develop the optimum techniques for high difficulty front handspring movements. The findings of this study may aid gymnasts in selecting optimal touchdown locations for vaulting exercises.
