The library collection is often not the first choice when people want to find resources nowadays. In order to promote the resource advantages of libraries and to provide satisfying knowledge services, the study not only examined various types of websites for knowledge services, but also analyzed the information about importance of components for knowledge services and willingness of using several topics of knowledge services valued by 460 potential customers. This result could provide information for improving library websites and developing proper knowledge services. We expect that many people regard library websites as their knowledge portal in the future.
