The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between recreational sports constraint and life satisfaction as well as leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. Four hundred survey forms were distributed to collect data, and 334 valid surveys were returned for an 83.5% response rate. The Canonical Correlation was used to analyze data. The results showed as follows: 1. There is no significant correlation between recreational sports constraint and life satisfaction. 2. There is significant correlation between leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. Two significant canonical variables resulted from the linear combination of leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. Leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction are positively correlated.
