目前企業正面臨著競爭激烈的全球化商業環境,尤其對於扣件產業而言,縮短開發時程、提升品質與降低成本,以及快速地反應顧客需求,已著實成為企業維持競爭優勢的必要條件。本研究目的為扣件企業建立一個支援產品協同開發之程序模式。本研究運用IDEFØ方法,架構出結構化設計程序分類,建置一個整合產品開發過程探討。在產品生命週期的設計階段時,可以有效的同步整合產品設計、製造與裝配等相關問題,其間不僅能增進各部門之間的溝通與協調,更可以因減少工程設計的變更,使企業的資源不致浪費。個案公司在IDEFØ協同設計模式下,經由提早參與顧客設計活動,設計變更次數由3-5次減少至1-2次、開發時程由180天縮短為144天,並且有效減少20%商品開發成本,對於協同新產品的發展於程度上有相當大的改善,此外並可達成企業、顧客與協力廠商之間的整合效益。
Firms are facing the highly competitive globalization business environment at present, especially for fastener industry, they must focus on shorten and develop the time to market, improve quality and lower costs, and reflect customer's demand fast. It will really become a requirement that firms maintain the competition advantage.This research purpose is that fastener enterprises set up in support of the process method in which products develop in coordination. This research uses IDEFØ method, frames the classification of designing program structural, establishing a product development course discussion of integration. It can effective combine by product design, manufacture and relevant problems of assembling etc. in step at Product Life Cycle of the design phases. And promote communication and coordination of every department during that time, because of reduce the modification of engineering design, the resources of enterprises will not be wasted.Case company under IDEFØ collaborative design method, via participate in customer's designing the activity in advance, reduce time of designing change from 3-5 times to 1-2 times, shorten and develop the time from 180 days to 144 days and reduce 20% goods development cost effectively. Regarding collaborate the new product the development to having sizable improvement in the degree. In addition it can reach to the incorporated benefit among business, client and Vendor.
