This study was a descriptive investigation employing a relational treatment of data. The purpose of the study was to investigate leadership behavior, feelings and the relationship between trust in leadership of selected high school volleyball team. The total number of volleyball players who participated by responding to the survey was 241,average age 16.48 years, standard deviation of 1.26 years. This study used a quantitative survey methodology and the survey instrument including the "paternalistic leadership", "emotional feelings scale", "leadership trust scale". The results were analyzed by Pearson correlation and hierarchical regression. The results show that: 1. A player leadership in the perception of trust in leadership with positive emotions are positively related. Nevertheless, A player with negative emotions are showed negative results. 2. The paternalistic leadership has a significant positive predictor of trust in leadership effectiveness; paternalistic leadership and positive leadership of trust in players have a positively emotional effect. On the contrary, the benevolent leadership of the negative emotion predicts a negative effect. While back, there is no mediating effect in the trust in leadership. Eventually, this study has suggested that would be a coach or a sports team use and reference.
