提要 隨著國家力量崛起及經濟持續發展，導致中共逐漸在國際社會嶄露頭角，當中共經濟發展帶動綜合國力提升之際，也逐漸意識到國家形象對國家安全與發展的關聯重要性，唯有將解放軍轉型方能有效因應非軍事行動，進而培養解放軍擴大參與國際活動之技能；因此中共遂積極參與維和行動，藉由此行動深化於解放軍建軍整備之中，進而展現其在區域安全之影響力。 準備方能有所作為，所以中共刻正籌組各種維和行動整備組織與學習外國經驗，以便在其執行該行動時能有所因應，而不致一籌莫展，透過維和行動在國際上消彌西方國家對其之疑慮與擴大區域安全影響力，此外更利用此行動，遂行其陰謀手段與背後圖謀，達到干預國際種種作為，以獲取更大之國家利益。 面對兩岸局勢日益和緩，中共犯我企圖卻未曾稍減，尤其在執行維和行動之餘，藉由參與國際活動與組織時，處處阻擾我國外交政策，限縮我活動空間，導致友盟國家受其威脅而致締結盟約失敗，所以國人千萬不可因為兩岸互動態度轉變，產生輕敵意念，忘卻其陰謀作為，更應時時落實全民國防，形塑強固心防，讓敵人不敢越雷池一步，持續精實戰備整備，建立有效嚇阻國防武力。

Abstract With the national power rise and economic development,The PRC gradually emerge in the international nations.When the economic development of PRC driven by the overall national strength and realized the importance of the country image on national security and development.The only way is to change Chinese Army missions to Non-military operations and expand the Army skills To participate in peacekeeping operations.The PRC actively participated in peacekeeping operations,by this action to deep in the preparedness of Chinese Army and then show its influence in regional security. The PRC want to prepare to make great things,so the PRC currently changed the formation of the organization and learn from foreign experience in various peacekeeping operations.The PRC do it's best in peacekeeping action and diminish Western countries through this way to expand regional security influence and obtain greater national interest. Facing of the cross-strait situation increasingly tone down but The PRC never change it's great ambition.When The PRC participate in peacekeeping operations,by participating in international activities and organizations to disrupt our foreign policy and narrow foreign space.Then cause the Alliance fail,so people must underestimate the Conspiracy of enemy，never change attitudes of cross-strait interaction and do not forget their plot.So we must Strengthen our national defence and prepare everything about national wills to prevent our enemy to launch war.
