題名:高強度阻力訓練模式對50公尺捷泳的成績、划幅與划頻之影響

本研究參考捷泳運動中主要使用的肌群,依據50公尺捷泳短時間高強度的運動特性,透過高強度阻力訓練,建構50公尺捷泳專項阻力訓練,做為增加50公尺捷泳成績的一種有效訓練方法,本研究以台中市男子游泳代表隊13位選手為受試對象,每位受試者首先須接受50公尺捷泳最大努力游泳測驗,並使用攝影機記錄全部過程,測驗後詳細記錄其成績與計算出每位選手之划幅與划頻,接著安排受試者接受本研究設計之50公尺捷泳專項高強度阻力訓練模式,每週3次、每次3組共為期8週,經過8週高強度阻力訓練模式後,安排受試者再一次接受50公尺捷泳的最大努力運動測試,運動測驗過後詳細紀錄下每位受試者的成績及划幅與划頻變化情形,以作為本研究的主要依變項,本研究採用同一受試者重複量數設計,並以平衡次序進行測試,由結果得知受試者在經過8週本研究所設計之高強度阻力訓練後,受試者不論在50公尺捷泳運動表現、划頻與划幅均有顯著提升,顯示本訓練模式可做為游泳教練在安排50公尺捷泳項目選手的肌力訓練上之參考。
This study refer to the major muscle groups in the Swimming campaign, according to the 50 meter Swimming characteristics of short-term high-intensity exercise, through high-intensity resistance training, construction of 50 meter Swimming special resistance training, as 50 meters Jiean effective training method of swimming results of this study to the Taichung City men's swimming team of 13 players as subjects, each subject must first accept the best efforts of the 50 meter Breaststroke swimming test, and use the camera to record the whole process,a detailed record of their achievements and to calculate the program increase with the designated frequency of each player after the test, then arrange the subjects were treated with 50 meter Swimming special high-intensity resistance training three times a week, the design of the study, each group a period of eight weeks, after 8 weeks Jiang resistance training, arranging subjects once again to accept the best efforts of the 50-meter Swimming exercise testing, detailed records of each subject after the exercise test results and Stroke Range designated frequency change of circumstances, as this study's main dependent variable in this study using the same subjects repeated measures design, in order to balance the order of test results indicated that the subjects after 8 weeks in this study designhigh-intensity resistance training, the subjects regardless of sports performance in the 50 meter swimming stroke frequency and designated sites are significantly enhance the training mode can be used as a swimming instructor in organizing the muscle of a 50 meter swimming project players reference on the training.
