速度是諸多運動項目所必須具備的重要專項體能,其對運動表現的成敗與優劣有很大的影響,而利用阻力式速度訓練可以動員更多的肌纖維、提高肌肉活性及動力輸出。研究證實負重與拖曳速度訓練、上下坡速度訓練、高速跑步機速度訓練等可有效提升速度之表現。
Speed is one of the most important sport-specific ability that is crucial in many sports. Using resisted sprint training can activate more of the motor units, increase muscle activation and power output. Studies have shown that loaded and towing resisted sprint training, up and down hill sprint training and high-speed treadmill sprint training can significantly improve sprinting performance.
