The museum is the best place for collection and exhibition of human culture. Pfister (2007) expressed that the museum is the historical construction center, is the field of public historical memories, the best place to build national identity. But recently, due to the increase of national financial difficulties, the operations of museums is not so easy than it was before. The Campus Fund Act was passed in 2001, universities can't entirely depend on government funding, nevertheless the pressure of self-financing funding. So it is very common for general Museums or the Museums in the university campus that they lack of a strong governmental aid, moreover cultural assets and maintenance costs are expensive. Therefore the organizers must have done their best to find sources of income. Nowadays, there are a variety museums of natural history, anthropology, science technology, art and other distinctive museums to show the field of its specific cultural assets or mental, but only neglects sport museum. One hundred years ago, Some British influential people group worried about the Britain industrialized extensive damaged to the natural landscape and cultural assets, hoping to union the public power of the protection of cultural heritage and the establishment of the National Trust. Since 1907 the British Parliament passed the National Trust Act established the unique powers of the public protection, maintenance and operation of the whole British people's historical assets. It has been for 100 years, due to the organization's credibility and can be relieved of a big sum of inheritance tax to enable them to effectively and efficiently achieve the goal. In this study, the method of literature review, to understand the characteristics and advantages of the National Trust to build the feasibility of the Sports Museum to preserve glorious and struggle history of sports in Taiwan. From social, legal, and economic aspects, author tried to find solutions to possible obstacles about establishing a sport museum as National Trust does. Implying Community Developing or important sports events arise the enthusiasm of the masses. It is a good way to adopt Public-Private Partnerships to amend the poor legal environment. Aggressive marketing creates a variety of revenues to sustain the management of a sports museum.
