本文主要目的在於探討學校運動代表隊教練之熱情與倦怠之情形。由於國內對於運動熱情的探討大部分聚焦於運動員身上，此議題在教練族群的相關研究較為貧乏。本文首先探討運動代表隊教練熱情對團隊的影響，其次探討工作倦怠對於教練的影響。期望藉由本文提供有關學校運動代表隊教練之熱情與倦怠的相關訊息，並喚起大家對於基層的運動代表隊教練的關注與重視。

The purpose of this article was to exploring sport coaches' passion and burnout of varsity team in school. Most of the previous studies of the passion in sport have focused on athletes rather than coaches. Therefore, this article first explored the influence of sport coaches' passion on the sport team. Then the influence of burnout from coaching job on sport coaches was also discussed. It is expected that this article can provide the information regarding the sport coaches' passion and burnout and draw people's attention and concern to the sport coaches of varsity teams in school.
