推桿技術是高爾夫運動中最重要的一個環節，故其技術之優劣，足以對高球競賽成績造成關鍵性之影響。然而，我們卻未曾遇見任何一位球友，會在推桿上投注比在長擊球上更多練習時間。所以在練習場上見到的球友，幾乎都將時間花費在如何運用一號木桿打出300碼，但卻沒有花時間去學習正確的推桿方法。故其結果是可以預見地。為此，本文以文獻探討方式來闡述推桿的主要技巧、閱讀果嶺的能力與器材搭配等，進而提出建議，作為日後從事高爾夫運動時，推桿練習之準備參考。

Putting technology is the most important aspect of golf, its technical merits, enough to cause critical impact of golf competition results. However, most golfers spent tons of time at driving ranges learning how to hit 300 yard drives, but never spent much time learning how to putt correctly. The result was predictable. Besides the techniques of the golf putting you will need in reading the green and knowledge of the putter equipment. In this article, we focus on the review of golf putting techniques to enhance golfer's performance. And then make recommendations, as in golf putting reference in the future.
